1. 50% Deposit per lease upon signing lease.
50% Balance upon arrival for hunt.

2. Five (5) days of hunting.
(By week or days).
August - January. Reservations required.

3. If more than one hunter on ranch, hunter will be
assigned a section for the day.
40 acre sections will be marked.

4. Section will change by the day.

5. If only one hunter on ranch, you may hunt all
of property.

6. No guide service. No field dressing.

7. Blood constitutes a kill.

8. You reserve hunting dates.

9. Lodging is available by reservation.

10. Does and fawns with ear tags are not to be shot.

11. Pi-Balled Buck NOT to be shot.

12. Hunt Lease and booking dates will be confirmed
upon receipt of deposit.
